The service which we provide is designed to provide a platform for freelance witty writers to connect with witty content seekers.
When you sign up as a member of the website (either as a content seeker [“seeker”] or witty writer [“writer”]), you knowingly provide us with certain information, including your email address and name. We do not disclose this information to third parties, without your consent.
We also collect certain other information when you use the website, which we use for statistical and analytical purposes and which assists us in making decisions relating to the improvement of the service provided. This information includes IP address, web browser type and version, operating system, a list of URLS starting with a referring site, your activity on this website, and the site you exit to and Cookie information. You will find further information below about the use of “IP addresses and Cookies” and “Our Use of Data”.
YOU CONTROL THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO OTHER MEMBERS:
Writer Members:
Although you are obliged to provide us with your real name on creating an account, you are not obliged to make your details available to other website members.
If available, you are free to choose your real name as your username. You may, however, choose a username which is unrelated to your real name.
When you register on the website, other website members will not be able access any of your information.
After registration, you may choose to create a profile. If you do not create a profile, your details will not be returned in any Writer Searches carried out by Seekers.
If you decide to knowingly create a profile, this website profile will be viewable by other seeker members who have chosen a membership plan that allows them to view writer profiles.
You are in control of the amount of your personal information that Seeker Members have access to. You may knowingly provide personal information, such as your name or business name and contact details outside of the website, in your profile.
As a Writer Member, when you upload samples of your work to your website profile, these samples will be available for viewing by Seeker Members with relevant membership plans. You are required to ensure that you do not make available personal information within the text of these sample works.
When you apply to job posts, the seeker member may receive email notification of your application which will include your email address as supplied by you to us.
Seeker Members:
Although you are obliged to provide us with your Company/business name on creating an account, you are not obliged to provide your Company/business name to other website members when you post jobs.
You may choose to post jobs without your Company name being displayed. If you do provide your Company/Business name in conjunction with posting jobs on the website, you do so knowingly.
You can control the amount of information that appears about your business/Company in your job posts by using the features in “My Profile” (located in “My Office”.). The default settings are designed to protect your privacy. If you would like writers to have access to an information page about your Company or business (when the writers are looking at your job posts), you must tick the "public profile" box in "My Profile".
Writer members cannot conduct searches on seeker members. Seeker member information is only available to writer members through jobs posted by seeker members.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION:
When you make an online payment in respect of our services, you do so through our Payment Solution Providers [PSP] PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal for the purposes of making the relevant payment(s).
We do not collect or have access to your credit card details or financial information. PayPal collects your financial information, including credit card details, on our behalf.
PayPal is responsible for the security of your credit card details and financial information.
We intend to include an additional Payment Solution Provider in the near future, for your convenience.

The website may contain links to other websites. We have no control over the privacy policies of such websites and we recommend that you review the privacy policies of all websites which you use.
OUR USE OF DATA:
Any Data you submit will be retained by us for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the website.
Unless we are obliged by law to do so, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

You may access certain areas of the website without providing any Data at all. However, to use all Services and Systems available on the website and relevant to your type of membership (whether writer or seeker), you may be required to submit Account information or other Data.

You may access your Account at any time to view or amend the Data. You may need to modify or update your Data if your circumstances change. Additional Data as to your marketing preferences may also be stored and you may change this at any time.
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal Data on payment of a small fee and the submission of a written request.

Data security is of great importance to us and to protect your Data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected online.
